How are you feeling?

Maybe you’re not feeling as good today as you did yesterday, or the other way around. It’s normal to feel this way as we go about our day-to-day life, moving up and down the scale from feeling ok to sometimes really not ok.

Message: Don't struggle alone

Don't struggle alone..

When things get difficult and we don’t feel like we can recover, we can become stuck in a negative place and be at risk of mental health problems such as depression and anxiety.

Symptoms might include tiredness or problems sleeping, not taking care of yourself, unable to relax or feeling anxious, crying more or less than what’s normal for you, not enjoying things or struggling to cope with daily life.

Many of us experience these things when we’re going through a tough time. But when these symptoms continue for weeks and interrupt our day-to-day life, such as work, study and taking care of ourselves and our family, it could be a sign of mental distress.

It’s important not to judge yourself harshly. You are not alone – facing uncertainty, challenges and distress is part of being human.
